Delete your account
You can delete your Voltkoll account and data at any time.
In the app
Open Voltkoll → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
Email s@rd.se from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, vehicles, battery history, charging logs and waitlist signup.
What may be kept
Certificates already shared with a buyer stay verifiable but no longer show your name. Data we must keep by law (e.g. accounting) is kept only as long as required.
